Dr. Zheng Yi Wu is the inaugural Bentley Fellow at Bentley Systems and a globally recognized leader in AI-driven infrastructure engineering. His work has been honored by the International Water Association (IWA), the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the American Water Works Association (AWWA), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the Indian Water Works Association (IWWA).
With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Wu has led cutting-edge research and development in system simulation, high-performance computing, AI, and digital twin technology for infrastructure systems. His work has played a pivotal role in advancing smart water grids, predictive asset analytics, and intelligent infrastructure modeling software.
Dr. Wu has authored and co-authored more than 200 peer-reviewed publications, co-written three technical books, and holds 24 U.S. patents in areas including deep machine learning, structural health monitoring, and water system optimization.
